I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy sessions for adults and infants in Nelson, BC, and exclusively for adults at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort, BC. In addition, I teach biodynamic craniosacral therapy in Nelson and at various locations across Canada.

Initial Session

60-min session that provides a brief introduction, including a discussion about treatment goals and a complete BCST treatment focusing on the body’s subtle rhythms to enhance health and relieve dysfunction.

Subsequent Sessions

These sessions offer deeper support for existing clients. Includes a 60-min biodynamic craniosacral therapy session focusing on subtle rhythms and the healing priorities determined by the body’s intelligence.

Infant Session

A gentle, non-invasive treatment that focuses on the subtle rhythms of the central nervous system, supporting the baby’s body in resolving issues arising from the prenatal and birthing processes.
