ABOUT CHRISTINA RELLA
Finding Flow, Healing Deeply
I live a simple life close to nature in the mountains near Ainsworth Hot Springs, BC. I love the outdoors and do my best to maintain a balanced and peaceful life in harmony with nature and its rhythms.
For over twenty years, I have practiced and studied meditation and yoga, exploring the relationship between body, mind, and spirit. In 2017, my path started to shift when I discovered craniosacral therapy and began to heal my nervous system, restoring my health and transforming my life.
It is through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy that I found my greatest teacher, the Breath of Life – a deep and mysterious organizing force that moves the body toward physiological balance and well-being. Through presence and deep listening, I support others in reconnecting with this innate intelligence and capacity for healing.
I offer this work as a way of supporting greater health, balance, and vitality – both within individuals and in the world around us.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping under the stars, hiking alpine trails, and riding my motorcycle into the backcountry around Nelson, BC.
